About the founder

Arbitrium photo.jpeg

I am a customer insights expert with a passion for translating consumer preference into an impactful business strategies. Over the past 15 years, I have focused on understanding the whys behind consumer choice - from quick surveys to advanced experimental techniques - and have worked with businesses of all sizes - from start-ups to multinational organisations.

My expertise in uncovering the whys behind consumer choice has proven particularly invaluable in contexts where Artificial Inteligence/ Big Data is limited: (i) for new products and services that are yet to be tested in an existing market or (ii) introducing an existing product or service in completely new markets.

Previously, I have built Afterpay’s Research and Strategy org from the ground up as Global Director of Research and Strategy, and led numerous research programs for the company, including post acquisition by CashApp/ Block. Before Afterpay, I ran Arbitrium for 18 months, leveraging my Ph.D. in Choice Modelling.
